Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Repeat High-return rate customers may be restricted from refunds.
Return Timeframe:
Approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 5 days of receiving your return label. Failure to do so will void the return label, and the return cannot be processed.
Condition of Items
All returned items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be in perfect, resaleable condition
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, odor (including perfume or deodorant), stains, or alterations will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Proof of Purchase
All returns must include a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 3.5% of your return total - this fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges are not subject to a processing fee.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Items marked as Sale are Final Sale
• accessories (unless faulty)
• Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes, unless otherwise stated
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, if approved refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping is free of charge only if package protect (Checkout+) is included at time of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
