Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return your goods, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund within 3 business days of receiving your order. After 3 days, any return requests will receive a web credit up until 7 days of delivery date.
Please note, a restocking fee of $7.49 will be deducted from all returns whether via a refund or web credit.
If a customer's order was below the price of free shipping, there will be no refund on the shipping charge.
If a customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($150) from the order we will deduct the original shipping fee of $7.49 from your credit.
All items bought on sale or using a discount code are non-returnable and are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked or unaltered and still have the original packaging and tags attached.
Once we have received your goods, we will process your return or send a web credit to your email.
Please note: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
