Refunds & Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our policy below carefully.

Refund Eligibility: 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Repeat High-return rate customers may be restricted from refunds.

Return Timeframe

Approved returns must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Items

All returned items must:

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, odour (including perfume or deodorant), stains, or alterations will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must include a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the marked price - this fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Exchanges are not subject to a processing fee.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, if approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Returns are free of charge if package protect is included at time of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
