International Shipping

So you want to get your hands on your stylish new clothes as soon as humanly possible?     Naturally ;)!    And that’s exactly what we want for you!

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We maintain our inventory as accurately as possible. If an item you ordered is currently out of stock we’ll let you know. Thanks for understanding!

Please note: Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or destination customs clearance.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The general shipping fee is $30 or £25.

Orders of $350 or more qualify for free shipping!

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Noir Noir Fashion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


We highly recommend you contact your local Customs office to receive additional information.


If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, NOIR NOIR FASHION reserves the right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your stunning new clothes within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@noirnoirfashion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Track My Order
We’re sorry, this is temporarily unavailable. Meanwhile, we’ll attach a shipment tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.


NOIR NOIR FASHION is responsible for your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery, the responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient for delivery purposes which is not you then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by NOIR NOIR FASHION and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


Uncollected Items
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by NOIR NOIR FASHION.

Return Policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.


After 21 days from delivery, you can return the item for store credit.


After 90 days from delivery, we do not offer any refund or store credit.


Please note: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@noirnoirfashion.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
